Ron is a registered nurse with over 30 years in the healthcare industry, with 20 of those years in long-term care. He is the Director of Curriculum Design for  for Relias Learning and previously their Senior Analyst of SNF Regulations and Clinical Reimbursement. Prior to this position, Ron was the CEO of Assessment and Intelligence Systems (AIS) and serves as the subject matter expert for AIS training solutions. Ron's presentations on Medicare regulations, PPS, MDS, and other topics of interest for the Long Term care industry have been featured throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, Ron has also completed all requirements with the American Health Information Management Association to qualify as an Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer and Ambassador. He is our "go to" professional on all things SNF.

Diane is a nationally recognized leader as a post-acute care regulatory specialist, educator, consultant, and author with over 40 years of operational experience in the healthcare industry. She is the author of several industry publications including Interviewing Essentials for MDS 3.0, QIS: A Training Handbook for LTC Professionals, and The Skilled Services Troubleshooter: A Step By Step Guide to CMS's Reporting Systems. Her strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills communicate possibilities and define innovative solutions.
