With over 35 years in the healthcare industry, Frosini's career has spanned from an ICU/CCU nurse, Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse Consultant, Regulatory Specialist and Adjunct Faculty for HCPro. Now founder of TrainingInMotion.org, she continues to focus on quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. Frosini received her executive management training from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and Continuous Process Improvement training in the dynamic healthcare environment of Cleveland, Ohio. She is the author of Carmelina: Essential Nursing Systems for LTC, The QIS Mock Survey Guide, The Complete Guide to LTC Medicare Billing, QAPI: A Nursing Home's Guide to Compliant Care, Consolidated Billing for LTC, and Dementia Care: A Handbook for LTC Staff, and several other titles.

Ron is a registered nurse with over 30 years in the healthcare industry, with 20 of those years in long-term care. He is the Director of Curriculum Design for  for Relias Learning and previously their Senior Analyst of SNF Regulations and Clinical Reimbursement. Prior to this position, Ron was the CEO of Assessment and Intelligence Systems (AIS) and serves as the subject matter expert for AIS training solutions. Ron's presentations on Medicare regulations, PPS, MDS, and other topics of interest for the Long Term care industry have been featured throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, Ron has also completed all requirements with the American Health Information Management Association to qualify as an Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer and Ambassador. He is our "go to" professional on all things SNF.

Diane is a nationally recognized leader as a post-acute care regulatory specialist, educator, consultant, and author with over 40 years of operational experience in the healthcare industry. She is the author of several industry publications including Interviewing Essentials for MDS 3.0, QIS: A Training Handbook for LTC Professionals, and The Skilled Services Troubleshooter: A Step By Step Guide to CMS's Reporting Systems. Her strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills communicate possibilities and define innovative solutions. She frequently lectures on MDS, SNF PPS, Medicare, and other topics of interest.

She is highly regarded in the industry and previously served as a Director of Grateful Patient and Physician Philanthropy in a philanthropic foundation, was corporate Director of Clinical Services for a cancer center management company, and Vice President of Clinical Support Systems in a large community newly merged hospital. She has conducted numerous presentations for large industry groups that include dementia household models, executive compensation models, and designing a continuing education retirement community.
